If low condensing temperatures have to be achieved, sensitive cooling is not sufficient. Adiabatic refrigerant condensers combine the advantages of evaporative cooling with those of dry cooling. With minimal water consumption, considerable performance increases are achieved compared to sensitive cooling systems, while at the same time ensuring a high level of operating hygiene.
Due to the adiabatic pre-cooling of the air, temperatures close to the wet bulb temperature are reached. Intelligent control technology ensures that no water is consumed at low outside temperatures where pre-cooling is not necessary. In this way, the water saving compared to comparable cooling systems is up to 80% annually. Water treatment is not necessary for these plants designed as continuous flow systems. In addition, no pumps are necessary.
