Pierre Walacides, Project Engineer at ERT
‘The first weeks are already over and I have already seen and learned a lot. I am very much looking forward to new tasks and projects, great colleagues and a good working atmosphere. I am particularly fascinated by the closeness to practice in my new job as a project engineer. The initial period was mostly outside the office to get to know the individual and diverse projects on site. The tasks are very varied and the possibility to work in different areas, such as water technology, is also given and even desired. I am especially looking forward to accompany my first project in the near future as project manager, both in the technical project management and on site. I see the challenges in the variety and in the individual system solutions of the projects, because they are always different.’
