SPC-1 & SPC-4

Product range Single-stage cryogenic generators for temperatures up to 40K

SPC cryogenerators are single-stage systems based on the Stirling principle in single-cylinder or four-cylinder design with electric drive. They are mainly used for nitrogen liquefaction, but can also be used for gases such as oxygen, methane, argon, helium or CO2. the cooling capacity is generated by compression and expansion of the working gas helium in a closed system, extracted from the working gas at the cold head of the Stirling machine and made available at a temperature level via a heat exchanger.

Cryogenic generators type SPC can be used for gas liquefaction, cryogenic cooling of gases and subcooling of liquefied gases. ERT is available for the process-specific adaptation of plants.

SPC systems are available in explosion-proof versions. Various cold head/heat exchanger configurations are available. The cooling capacity can be scaled with multisystem systems.
